Our work began as a school gender club — a safe space where girls and boys could talk, learn and support each other. That spirit still runs through everything we do.
Trained facilitators and volunteers offer guidance and counselling to children and their guardians, run life-skills training for adolescents and organise recreation, art, sport and music that let children simply be children.
Weekly home visits by community volunteers keep families connected and make sure no child slips through unseen.
What this includes
- Individual and family guidance and counselling
- Life-skills training for adolescents, with a focus on girls
- School gender (GBV) clubs and mini-media awareness programmes
- Recreational, art and sports activities in schools
- Weekly home visits by trained community volunteers
